A winner has been chosen in a international competition for the new national museum in Oslo, Norway. The winner was Naples/Berlin based office Kleihues and Schuwerk (I can't find there website because all google returns is them winning this competition and I don't have the time to do a detailed search). More pictures of the winning proposal and the runner up's are available here.
