The man in this picture is Jón Gnarr, the new mayor of Reykjavik and the head of the Best Party who won last city council elections by a landslide. I'm happy to see these changes and wish the Best Party good luck in their term! The song included is taken from Yoko Ono's great but little talked about Between My Head And The Sky album.
