It will be quiet interesting to see how this already underway building for 56 Leonard Street will turn out in reality. The building was designed by larger then life Basel based architecture firm Herzog de Meuron and will host 145 residencies. Being in New York at the moment I know that the views from these homes will at least be spectacular.
